The details of each service is accessible when booking. Once booked you will receive a confirmation of the details of your appointment and will be sent a reminder two days prior to your appointment.

PLEASE NOTE: At HijamaPlus we strongly adhere to the Islamic principles of gender specific treatments.

Therapies for both genders can be booked by women and men however for MEN over the age of 12 can only book these therapies provided that they bring a female along with them to the session to adhere to our islamic principles. There will be no physical contact as part of any therapy. If this requirement isn't met we are unfortunately unable to see them but the therapy fee will still apply.

If you require more information on any of the therapies and whether or not they are suitable for your specific health condition, the health conditions and symptoms targeted by each specific therapy will be listed so please refer to our therapy tab and select the therapy you require.

What you need to know on the day of your appointment

For Hijama kindly bring a large towel and do not eat or drink 2.5 hours before your appointment (you may have a little water). You may need extra time to find parking. We request arriving 5 minutes before your appointment, as late arrival will shorten your session time. For all other therapies it’s recommended to be well hydrated and eat as normal prior to your scheduled appointment.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

The following TERMS AND CONDITIONS are applied to ensure continuation of treatments is offered: appointments are confirmed unless stated otherwise. You may be asked for a deposit. Please inform us as soon as possible if you are unable to keep an appointment or need to reschedule. A notice of at least 24 hours must be given so the appointment can be given to someone else. Incase of late cancellation a cancellation fee applies.
